Additional Details:
A minimum of 1 year acute care experience is required to work in acute care facilities. The following are considered acute care facilities: Hospital (General Acute Care as well as Psychiatric, Specialized and Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Long Term Acute Care or LTAC), and Ambulatory Care Facilities.
Orientation is weekly, on Mondays
Every Other Weekend
Shift: Days/Nights – Candidate must be open to rotating shifts.
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
Weekend Hours: 4 weekend days per schedule - Every Other/As Needed
Call Requirements: As Needed.
Float Requirements: Yes, As Needed - Any Unit
Experience in Surgical, Ortho, Trauma, Joint Replacement Center, StepDown, Cardiac, PCU.
Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Serves all ages.
Preferred Skillset/Experience: Trauma, Orthopedic, Surgical
Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Trauma, SBO, Knee Replacement, Hip Replacement, S/P Fall, Urology, Surgery, etc.
Scrub Color: Any.
Any unacceptable attire: No casual.
