Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
12 months of Interventional Radiology experience is required from last 12 months.
Trauma Level 1 experience is required from any number of months
3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license

ACLS (Required)

Additional Details:
Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.
Monday-Friday With rotating call
EMR – Meditech and GE Centricity PACS
Must have:
- Neuro interventional experience
- Level 1 or Level 2 trauma experience
Preferred or nice to have:
- VI registry
- Phillips equipment experience
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
- Neuro Interventional (thrombectomies, coilings, MMA’s, spinal angiograms, etc)
- IR body cases – (g tubes, biopsies, PCNs, Mediports, TIPS)
- Trauma Angiograms (spleen, liver, GDA, renal, etc.)
Scrub Color/Attire - steel grey
On call average is 13 days per month w/ 1 to 2 weekends
Call teams consist of 2 techs and 2 nurses per day
