Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

Must have at least 36 months of Outpatient Clinic experience within the past 24 months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a New Hampshire license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: 3+ years current CLINIC/Primary Care experience '

2+ years CURRENT Triage experience

Preferred Skills/Experience: Rural experience is preferred

Required Credentials: Certifications are required to be included at time of submission.

Special Requests: Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
