Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

9 months of Rehabilitation Unit experience is required from the last 12 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license

Additional Details:

Must be available to start within six weeks of the date of submission.

Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀/𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: rehab hospital / Rehabilitation (therapy) experience, CareTools

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀/𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Rehab experience, transfer experience / Wound care experience

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀/𝗗𝗶𝗮𝗴𝗻𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀/𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁: Wound care, incision dressings / Foley cath placement, blood transfusion, respiratory therapy (trach suction/breathing treatments)

𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗨𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁: Hoyers, wheelchairs, walkers, medication carts
