Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 10 months of Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit experience.
Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Oklahoma license or compact license

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Skills: Accessing/Managing Ports, Blood Product Administration, Central line blood draw, Peripheral Line Care/Management, PICC line management, Starting and maintaining IVs, Bowel obstruction, Colostomy care and management, Feeding tube care and management, Chest tubes-Emerson/PleurEvac, CPAP/BiPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Nasal Cannula, Non-invasive airway management, Oral suctioning, Oxygen administration, Oxygen tanks, Pre/Post Thoracic Surgery, Tracheostomy care/management, Continuous Bladder Irrigation (CBI), Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management, Renal failure, CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident), Pre/Post neurosurgery, Heparin, Insulin, Manage Cardiac drips- no titration, Manage Vasoactive drips-no titration, PCA, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Telemetry - on the unit monitoring, Use of Rapid Response/Code teams, Isolation Precautions, Wound Care/Wound Vac, IV insulin protocols, Med/Surg, MS/Tele, Ortho trauma, Total joint replacement, Surgical drains

Required Credentials: ID: Drivers License/State ID, Government-Issued Photo ID. Cert: BLS - AHA, RQI, ARC, or American Safety and Health Institute.

Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submittal.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekends required

Floating Requirements: Travelers will be expected to float to like units within their scope, as needed based on facility needs.
