Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Preferred 24 months of Operating Room experience.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

ACLS (Required)

Additional Details:

Previous Employment Requirements: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.

Required Skills/Experience: willing to work in PACU, GI, Pre/Post. ENT, general, Ortho, podiatry.

Preferred Skills/Experience: CNOR PLUS (certified perioperative nurse certification)

Required Credentials: Driver's License/State ID, Driver License is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on drivers license.

Special Requests: Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/TDAP declinations.

Shift & Scheduling: Flexible shift times: 0650-1530; Call: based on department needs - currently at every other day and every other weekend - Friday starting at 1500 and ends at 0700 Monday morning, Holidays are as assigned as needed

Floating Requirements: may need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles as needed
