Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

3 months of travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

12 months of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

High School completion required

3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Additional Details:

Guaranteed Hours: 36

Weekend Requirement: Every 3rd weekend

Holiday Rotation: One Holiday

NICU Experience - Required

Float Requirements (campuses and/or units): Waukesha Memorial/Oconomowoc and like units.

Required Certification: NBRC - CRT or NBRC - RRT

Preferred Unit Specific Skillset: ED, ICU

Variable case types

Dress Code: Scrubs - Any Color

GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed

Float: Employee should not be asked to work outside of his/her Clinical skills unless approved by employee, unit manager, shift advisor, and Staffency.

Candidate will be required to float to units and facilities based on census
