Requirements

Experience

12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Physical Therapy experience is required from last 3 years.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a license

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Skills checklist must be completed within the last 6 months for Application. Upon accepting an offer, you will be assigned Relias exams that must be taken immediately (within 48hrs). If you fail the exam twice, this may result in an immediate cancellation by the facility.

Start Date: 6/3 or 6/17

Setting: Mostly Outpatient with some IP Acute

Shift: Monday-Friday

Saturdays only 1/month generally cover acute at Bertie and Chowan

Guaranteed Work Week: Yes - 38

36 hours guaranteed, possibility to pick up OP hours if needed to supplement to 40.
