Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience.

3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a New York license

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Experience floating to a variety of ICUs highly desired.

Unit/Facility Details: RNs with level I trauma center experience tend to do best in this team.

Special Requests: No Travel teams / pairs. Shift &Scheduling: Weekends: Every Other. Holidays: Rotating.

Floating Requirements:

Must be comfortable and competent to care for ICU patients in the following environments: neuro/trauma SICU, MICU, CPS/VICU, CCU. progressive critical care unit (PCCU), and ICU/PCC patients in the ED and PACU awaiting bed placement.
