Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

36 months of Cardiovascular Operating Room experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Michigan license

ACLS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Shift Notes: 40 Hour Guarantee

Weekend Requirements: Every 3rd Weekend

On Call Requirements: 1-2 nights/week & every 3rd weekend

Open Heart Experience - Required

Tertiary care center and/or designated level I or II trauma center experience - Required

All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission (Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer / Please obtain this information prior to submittal / Requests after offer can be cause for rescinded offer)
