Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

3 months of travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Long Term Care experience.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Required Credentials:

Associate Degree or Certificate
If a candidate has NP licensure, ThedaCare will only consider them for an NP role, not a lower position.

Special Requests: An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Shift & Scheduling:

8hr / 12hr shifts (must be flexible).
Any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence.
Weekends: Every Other
Holidays: As Needed
On Call/Call Back Requirements: None

Floating Requirements: Will float throughout facility within skillset; To all ThedaCare facilities within a 60 mile radius.
