Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

3 months of travel experience is required from last 12 months.

Must have at least 18 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Iowa license or compact license

C-EFM (Required)

Intermediate AWHONN FHM (Required)

Additional Details:

Required Credentials: Skills checklist (must have been completed within 1 year of submission date)

Special Requests: Limit of 1 day request off between 11/26/25-11/30/25 and 12/23/25-1/2/26 for all travelers regardless of holidays worked.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Requirements: Every 3rd weekend & Holiday rotation if scheduled

On Call Requirements: None

Floating Requirements: May float across all campuses to MB/PP/L&D units
