No travel pairs or trios.
No scheduling requests (weekends only, block scheduling, etc)
No background hits.
Behavioral Health
Clinicians cannot be local (have a permanent address in the state of AZ).
Candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will not be considered - please include a copy in submission
Guaranteed Hours: 24
Must be willing to float to units where experienced.
Weekend and On Call Requirement: Schedule to be determined by facility.
CPI is required but can be completed on site during orientation. Must be willing to obtain.
24 months minimum of current Behavioral Health/Psych experience - Required
Psych/Behavioral Health experience and age groups must be listed on the resume - Required
No Nursys Hits - Required
Banner will not approve RTO within the first week or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days.
