Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Dialysis Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

BSN completion preferred

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Virginia license or compact license

CDN (Preferred)

Vaccinations

Dialysis - Chronic

Shift Notes: Monday - Friday 6 Dialysis Stations

Duration:12 weeks with possibility to extend

Weekend and On Call Requirements: None

2+ years or more current Dialysis experience - Required

Geriatric patient experience - Required

NXStage Dialysis Machine experience - Required

CNN or CDN Certification - Preferred

Crown Web EMR experience - Preferred

Traveler must have their own vehicle.

Candidate must be willing to work posted schedule Accommodations will not be considered.

Patient Population: Adult and Geriatric

Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted and verified at upload. RTO requests after upload will not be approved. No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted (less is better).

Dress Code: Dialyze Direct will provide black scrub tops. Scrub bottoms: Personal scrubs of any color.
