Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required from last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Operating Room experience with 9 months within the past 12 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Tennessee license or compact license

Additional Details:

Special Requests: Any special scheduling requests must be made with Manager upon arrival at facility.

Shift & Scheduling:

Weekdays: Looking for 12 hours shifts during the week with the ability to cover some call.
Have dedicated in house team seven nights a week.
Have dedicated call team from 5pm-7am Monday-Friday.
Call Requirements: One night a week for C2 call (7p-7a). Will not schedule C2 on scheduled off days.

Weekends: Have two dedicated in house teams during the day.
Call Requirements: One weekend every four weeks C1 from 7am-7pm (12 hour call).
Will be called in for trauma back-up if both teams are in rooms.
The next time you are on weekend call it will be C2 from 7a-7pm and C1 from 7pm to 7am.
You could be called on C2 for trauma back-up if all three teams are in rooms from 7a-7p. You could be called in if the in-house team is in a room for trauma back-up from 7p-7a. (24 hour call)

Must be in-house within 30 minutes of call
