Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of Operating Room experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Nurse Only: PCU roles require both a PCU & ICU skills checklist with application.

Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.

Start Date: ASAP weekly, Wednesday starts.

Float requirement: Within skillset if needed

Circulate only, Hybrid OR - all specialties

Common Diagnosis/Treatment: All surgical dx. General surgery, Robotics, Laparoscopic, Orthopedic, GYN, Urology, Eyes and Hearts (eye and heart experience not necessary)

Age Groups of Patients: Adolescent; Adult; Geriatric

Special Procedures: Gen, GYN, Urological, Ortho, Vascular, Eye and Heart

Inpatient: 60% Outpatient: 40%
