Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 36 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience within the past 4 years.

Trauma Level 2 experience is required from any number of months

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a North Dakota license or compact license

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: 3yrs experience in L&D, Post Partum and Gyn

Required Credentials: Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.

Unit/Facility Details: Nurse to patient ratio of this unit. 1:1 or 1:2 for L&D, 1:3 mom/baby couplets, 4 gyns. combination of mom/babies and gyns = 1:5-6.

Shift & Scheduling: Willing to work nights and some days

Every other weekend and holiday.

Floating Requirements: Willing to float to NB nursery and NICU
