Preferred 24 months of Physical Therapy experience within the past 12 months.

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Home Health experience, training working with the adult/geriatric population with a variety of orthopedic, neurological and functional mobility diagnosis. Knowledge of Physical Therapy standards and practices acquired through a minimum of a Masters degree in Physical Therapy.

Required Credentials: Master's Degree in Physical Therapy. NPI # required.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend/Holiday: No weekends or holidays needed, : M-F variable days

Floating Requirements: to areas in the south region
