Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
24 months of Pediatric Transport/Flight Team experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 6 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Illinois license

Additional Details:

1 manager reference from within the last 6 months OR 2 charge nurse references from within the last 6 months (One reference must be from most recent employment)

Weekend requirement: Every 3rd weekend

Duties/Responsibilities/expectations: Responsible for coordinating patient stabilization, managing their condition, and ensuring patient safety during ground and air interfacility transport. Assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and directs care for neonate, infant, child, adolescent, and adult patients during interfacility transport in accordance with established protocols

Dress Code: Will be provided flight suit. Will need black boots.
