Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
Must have at least 24 months of Oncology Clinic experience.
Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

Skills: IV Therapy/ Infusions, Accessing/Managing Ports, Administration of blood & blood products, Administration of coagulation factors, Care and management of ports, Central Line/Implanted Line Care, Infusion pump management, PICC line care, Starting and maintaining IVs, Chemotherapy, Bladder/Kidney Cancer, Brain cancer, Breast Cancer, Colorectal Cancer, Ear/Nose/Throat Cancers, Kidney Cancer, Leukemia/Blood Dyscrasias, Liver Cancer, Lung cancer, Lymphoma/Non-Hodgkins lymphoma, Melanoma, Multiple Myeloma, Ovarian Cancer/Uterine Cancer, Pancreatic Cancer, Prostate Cancer, Inpatient oncology, PCA pump management, Critical Thinking.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Previous Charge Experience, Teaching Hospital Experience, Community Hospital Experience. Skills: Administration of chemotherapy, Body fluid handling post Chemotherapy, Continuous Infusion of chemotherapy, IV push administration of chemotherapy, Monitor chemotherapy, Recognize/ communicate abnormal lab values, Biotherapy, Administration of Interferons, Administration of Interleukins, Recognize/manage side effects, Medications, Antibiotics, Antiemetics, Infusion Center, Outpatient oncology, IV push narcotic agents, Psychosocial Care, Patient/Family education and support, Phlebotomy skills.
