Cannot have an employment gap of more than 90 days (regardless of reason) in the past 12 months.
Scheduling requirements: Every other weekend (or 4 weekend shifts in 4 week schedule period).
Floating policy: To like units: NSICU, Cardiac Telemetry units (4 North and 4 Central) Progressive Care Unit (4 West), Burn Unit, ED Inpatient Overflow, other units as per overall hospital needs.
Requested Skill Set: Trauma patient management, IV administration of vasoactive medications, ventilator management, chest tube management, care of post-op surgical patients, cardiac rhythm identification and management, hemodynamic monitoring, care of stroke patient.
Advanced skills needed: Hemodynamic and ventilator management.
Dress Code: (Required uniform) Top- Navy scrub top (no t-shirts, must be scrub top) Bottoms- Navy or black scrub bottoms Jackets- Navy, White, or Black (solid colors) Undershirts-Navy, White, or Black (solid colors)
