Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Social Work experience is required.

MSW completion required

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Cons Case Management - Required

Required:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or Masters in Social Work

At least one year of actual work experience in a hospital setting or an ongoing plan for consultation between the social worker and a qualified social worker must be developed

Must have knowledge of community resources to meet post discharge clinical and social needs

Main Facility will be Centennial Hills but may need to float through the VHS Health System

Will float to all VHS hospitals - Centennial Hills, Henderson Hospital, Spring Valley, Summerlin, and Valley hospitals

Would try to assign them to one facility for continuity although they may have to float for sick calls.

Schedule: Monday - Friday
