Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Operating Room experience.

Trauma Level 1 experience is required from any number of months

3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Montana license or compact license

Previous Employment Requirements: Return Staff Policy: 1 Year

Required Skills/Experience: Must be predominantly 3/4 in Neuro skillsets

Neuro Experience Required: ALIF, Anterior cervical fusion, Craniotomy, Kyphoplasty, Laminectomy/discectomy, Lumbar fusion, XLIF

Strong exp in trauma, general, neuro, ortho and vasc or thoracic.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Community Hospital Experience

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: RNs will need experience in all service lines as they will be required to do any and all cases that come to the OR.
