Travel Nurse (RN) - Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit

Additional Details:

Shift & Scheduling: 36hrs or 48hrs Night. On Call: 4 call shifts in 6 week schedule. Every Third Weekend.

Floating Requirements: Required to float within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity.

Required Skills/Experience: References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. Skills Req: Interpretation and Management of dysrhythmias, Post Cardiac Surgery (Not directly from the OR), Assist with Chest Tube Insertion/Removal, Care of Ventilated Patients, pacer/temp pacer/ transvenous pacer, IV Insulin Protocols. Clinician must be comfortable with POD 1 hearts, must be able to admit and take fresh hearts.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Skills Preferred: lumbar drain.

Unit Details: Manager may or may not interview. Clinician must be okay with this. If Clinician has questions, please email the AM. Total Staffed Beds/Rooms: 8. Manager may or may not interview. Traveler must be OK with this.

Special Requests: Pre-Approved Time Off: 2 Requests. RTO must be on the submittal and cannot be changed once the profile has been sent to the manager for review. **Please ensure all RTO is for the full 13 weeks for each submittal.
