Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience is required.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a New York license

Additional Details:

MICU/SICU

This will be for a MICU or SICU unit

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend requirements: Every other weekend

Unit Details: 16 beds with patients that include sepsis, ARDS, renal failure, heart failure, pre-vad workups, alcohol withdrawal, overdose, multi-organ failure, post cardiac arrest/targeted temperature management, respiratory failure/shock, CRRT, EKOS, IABP, ECMO, Impella

Preferred Skills/Experience: Teaching Hospital Experience

Types of Patients on Unit: Adults, Geriatrics

Special Requests: No block schedules

Previous Employment Requirements: Return staff policy – 1 year

Required Credentials: Must possess Government Issued Photo ID required.
