Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Travel experience is required from any number of months.
Must have at least 24 months of Progressive Care Unit experience within the past 3 years.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license

BLS (Required)
ACLS (Required)
Vaccinations
Flu vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Required Credentials:
- Nursys.
- No background hits accepted.
Unit/Facility Details: Unit is MS and handles SNF and LTAC transfers and end of life care patients. All AH travelers are PCU due to patients may upgrade while on unit and may not be able to be transferred.
Special Requests:
- Cannot apply with stipulations limiting scheduling: weekends only, block scheduling, etc.
- Banner cannot accommodate or guarantee travel pairs or trios.
Floating Requirements: Also floating requirements must be PCU; may float to other MS or PCU units and take unit appropriate assignments.
