Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 36 months of Operating Room experience.

Trauma Level 1 experience is required from any number of months

Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Indiana license or compact license

ACLS (Preferred)

PALS (Preferred)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.

Required Skills/Experience: Special Requirements: Screen > 2 years if has at least 1 year in Level 1 trauma experience. Circulate required. OR RNs need to be well rounded and current in most areas except CV & Transplant as they will be floated where needed.

-Required Skills: Neurology, ALIF (Anterior Lumbar Interbody Fusion), Anterior cervical fusion, Craniotomy, Kyphoplasty, Laminectomy/discectomy, Lumbar fusion, XLIF (Extreme Lateral Interbody Fusion), Work Settings, General OR, Trauma, General Surgery, Additional Skills, Must have 3/4 on neuro, and trauma, Level I trauma Hard Stop

Preferred Skills/Experience: Preferred Skills: Robotics, Da Vinci Xi Surgical System, General Surgery, Scrub General Surgery

Unit/Facility Details: -Parking Cost: Free -Unit Information: Core 3 & 4: GEN, Plastic, GYN, ENT, trauma, Neuro and ortho, GU, Colorectal Robotics

Shift & Scheduling: -Is on-call REQ? 6 call shifts in a 6 week period- can vary
