All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Shift & Scheduling:

• On-call Req: 1 day per week and 4th/5th weekend (Friday at 1800-Monday at 0730)
• Weekend Req: on call, and approximately 1 Saturday per month as part of the scheduled 4 shifts/week

Floating Requirements: may float to EP or IR

All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
