Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

9 months of Physical Therapy experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

No block scheduling requests.

Must be able to start within 4-5 weeks to apply

Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.

Patient Ratios – 1:10

Must have:

Experience in hospital setting.

Ability to work rotating late shift (to 7pm).

Preferred or nice to have:

Experienced in stroke care.

Experienced in acute care setting.

Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire – Navy scrubs. Closed toed shoes.

Weekends and On call: Potential for one weekend day/month.
