Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

24 months of Cardiovascular Operating Room experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Connecticut license

ACLS (Required)

Additional Details:

No Blocking Schedules

Must scrub cardiac surgery independently & circulate

Shift is NOT 4x10s, it's 2x12s and 2x8s per week

Weekend REQ: Two 24-hour calls per schedule

On-call REQ: 2 calls per M-F week (either 7p-11p or 7p-7a) with 1 day per week available to stay late.

Return Staff Policy must be gone 2 yrs to return as traveler
