Requirements

Experience

36 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Outpatient Clinic experience within the past 3 years.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a California license

ONS (Required)

ACLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Chemo experience.

Required Credentials: ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy certificate at time of hire

Preferred Credentials: PICC certification preferred.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Shift Notes (Weekends, On Call, Rotating Days, ETC): Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun.

• Weekend and holiday requirements.

Must be able to start within 3 weeks of requested start date. ASAP start dates are required to start within 6 weeks.
