4 total weekend shifts per 4 weeks, 2 out of 4 major holidays
Must pass dysrhythmia exam prior to acceptance, traveler has 2 attempts., if failed, will be DNU with CS AZ and Sac Region for 6 months
Travel Teams must have their own vehicles
Pass fail exam on day 1 of orientation
Day 1 pass fail SIMs Lab: All RNs will be expected to complete SIMs Lab for Foley catheter insertion & central line dressing changes, with the exception of NyICU & ED. NyICU only has to do Foley catheter insertion.
Common diagnoses/Types of patients CABG, MVR, STEMI, HF, Fundoplication, VATS Decordication, vascular repair
Experience or 'Must have' skills: Experience with post-op Cardiovascular Surgery Patients is highly recommended, but not required
RNs required to titrate drips
RN should be able to interpret common rhythms.
No Call or a Standby requirement
