Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Intermediate Care Unit experience.
Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

Required Credentials: BSSR Attestation

Unit/Facility Details: **This is a MedSurg/IMC hybrid-type of unit - previously tagged as Med Surg but recently re-classified at a IMC-level **

Bed Side Shift Reporting (BSSR), utilization of AIDET, and hourly rounding are required for this unit and all RN units.

Special Requests: -No holiday RTO.

Shift & Scheduling: -Occasionally will have a mid shift option, 1100-2330, but mostly nights -36 or 48 HPW -EOW and EOH.

Floating Requirements: Float required - as needed per census
