Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from any number of months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license
Certifications
BLS (Required)

Additional Details:

Required Skills & Experience: Must have recent telemetry experience. Will be required to pass an EKG test upon start. Clinical competence and experience in the care and management of target patient populations specific to area of employment.

Required Education: -Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing.

Schedule Notes: Must pass Basic Rhythm Interpretation (BRI) with ≥ 85% 20 bed unit.

Every other weekend, no on call. Float required - float to other ICUs, step down units, or to acute care units, as needed Previous ICU experience a must. HM will call candidates directly to interview, please make sure voicemail is set up for all candidates.
