Additional Details:
A minimum of 1 year acute care experience is required to work in acute care facilities. The following are considered acute care facilities: Hospital (General Acute Care as well as Psychiatric, Specialized and Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Long Term Acute Care or LTAC), and Ambulatory Care Facilities.
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
• Weekend Hours: Two (2) Weekends per Schedule (4 weeks)
• Call Requirements: N/A
• Patient Ratios: ESI 1, 2, & Horizontal 3s – 4:1 | ESI Vertical 3s, 4, & 5 – 7:1
• Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Neonates, Peds, Adults, Geriatrics
• Must Have Skills/Experience: Emergency Department
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Critical Care
• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: High Acuity Emergency Department
• Required Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing Minimum Requirement.
