References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to. Resume: Each employment history entry must include detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, and whether the facility is a teaching facility.

Required Skills/Experience: Must have experience with General, Ortho, OB/GYN, Urology, Podiatry, Cardiology (pacemakers, lead revisions, etc.), and Pre-surgery/PATT and PACU.

Special Requests: Previous Marshfield employees must have an end date at least 6 months before submission. Must take a full 6 months off from any Sanford Health or Good Samaritan Society location as well. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.

Unit Details: Common cases include General, Ortho, OB/GYN, Urology, Podiatry, and Cardiology (pacemakers, lead revisions, etc.). RN scrubbing not required.

Shift & Scheduling: Day shifts start between 0545 and 0900 and end between 1345 and 1700; manager builds schedule. Call includes weekdays, weekends, and holidays, rotated through trained RNs. Must be ready to make incision within 30 minutes or less for STAT cases.

Floating Requirements: RNs also cover Pre-surgery/PATT and PACU.
