Additional Details:
At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
Required Skills/Experience: 1 year of experience within the past 3 years must be within a Skilled Nursing Facility.
Required Credentials: Dementia testing required prior to start.
Special Requests: Must take a full 6 months off from any Sanford Health and Marshfield Clinic Health System location. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
Unit Details: Common diagnoses/patient population include dementia, Parkinson's disease, and MDD.
Shift & Scheduling: Every third weekend and holidays. No on-call or call-back shifts.
