Required Skills/Experience:
Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.
Minimum 2 years of ED or ICU experience, post-orientation.
Nurses must demonstrate strong critical care skills.
Unit Details:
High-acuity emergency care unit.
Patient population is highly diverse, ranging from behavioral health and boarding patients to critically ill/ICU-level patients.
Mixed-acuity cases include behavioral health, boarding patients, emergency/trauma, and critically ill/ICU-level care.
Nurses must be comfortable managing complex and unstable patients.
Shift & Scheduling:
Shift may be 3x12 or 4x12.
