Additional Information
Required Skills/Experience:
2 year acute care BMT/Heme experience, and chemotherapy administration experience required, but would be willing to try and screen an RN over with 1.5 years exp.
Nurse-to-patient ratios may flex up based on staffing and unit needs. While additional support is provided, candidates must be comfortable with and have prior experience working in environments with flexible staffing ratios.
Unit Details:
Adult patient population.
Patients with blood cancers receiving chemo/biotherapies and cellular therapies such as stem cell transplants and CAR-T.
Shift & Scheduling:
Rotating day/night 12-hour shifts: 07:00-19:00 or 19:00-07:00. Various days.
Weekend requirement: yes per unit needs.
No call required.
Floating Requirements:
Float between the BMT/Onc and CTU units.
May float to sister facilities based on facility needs (metro region).
Special Requests:
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
10 RTO days max approved. RTO is not allowed during the following time periods: September 2 – September 12, 2026; October 25 – November 4, 2026; November 22 – December 2, 2026; December 20 – January 3, 2027. Flexibility may be considered for harder-to-fill positions.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
