Travel Nurse (RN) - Long Term Care

Local Rate = Reg Rate - $8 (10/6/26)

References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Required Skills/Experience:
1 year of experience within the past 3 years must be within a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Special Requests:
Must take full 6 months off from any Sanford Health and Marshfield Clinic Health System location as well.
Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
Backouts and quits with less than 14 days' notice incur a $500 fee.

Unit Details:
Must take charge.
Patient population includes dementia/geriatric patients.

Shift & Scheduling:
Days and nights are scheduled at 6-6:30p, 6pm-6:30a, 6am-2:30p, or 2pm-10:30pm.
Shifts may be 8s or 12s, mostly 12s with some 8s.
Every other weekend.
Labor Day is required, and every other holiday after that is required.
No call.
