References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
Required Credentials:
Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
Special Requests:
RTO must be listed at time of submission.
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Time off is approved on an individual basis upon offer. Only 1 time off request per 13 week assignment.
Unit Details:
Adult and geriatric patient population.
The unit performs about 40 pediatric cases per year.
Shift & Scheduling:
Call required: 1 day per week and 4th/5th weekend (Friday at 1800-Monday at 0730).
Weekend requirement: On call, and approximately 1 Saturday per month as part of the scheduled 4 shifts/week.
Flexible contract hours: 70 hours per 2 weeks; traveler can be called off for 1, 10-hour shift per 2 weeks.
Floating Requirements:
May float to EP or IR within scope to meet facility needs.
Details:
• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
