Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.

Required Skills/Experience: Must have at least 2-3 years of experience if RRT; CRT may be accepted with 3-5 years of experience. First-time travelers accepted. If going to NICU, must know how to do NAVA on Servo vents.

Special Requests: Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. The facility may make one off exceptions if previously employed at the facility, but exceptions must be approved by St. Luke’s Health System. At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to. Block scheduling may be accommodated when possible but is not guaranteed.

Unit Details: Adult, pediatric, and Level III NICU patients. Inpatient respiratory coverage across adult floors, pediatrics, and NICU; pediatric floor RTs also cover adults, but adult floor RTs do not cover pediatrics. Approximately 36-42 treatments per 12-hour shift or 12-14 every 4 hours. Manage RT equipment, treatments, transport, and ABGs. Travelers only assist with intubation and will not perform EKGs. Uses Epic. Equipment includes Draeger adult vents, Servo U pediatric vents, V60 BiPAPs, Vapotherm high flow, Optiflow for NICU/PICU, Philips Cough Assist, ResMed home CPAP, HillRom Vest machines, and Hill-Rom Metaneb.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. Required to work holidays if on assignment during the holiday. No call.

Floating Requirements: May float to Meridian Medical Center and Nampa Medical Center.
