Required Skills/Experience:
- 1+ year Neonatal ICU or PICU Critical Care experience
Unit Details:
- Equipment used on the unit includes Servo U and Drager VN500, F&P Bubble CPAP, HFOV, HFJV, Vaportherm, and heliox therapy.
- Must be able to independently admit and manage vented patients in Peds ICU using the Servo-U ventilator.
- Must be able to set up and manage heliox therapy through invasive and non-invasive measures.
- Familiarity with non-invasive ventilation including BiPAP and CPAP.
- Neonatal skills include Bubble CPAP, nitric oxide, and high-frequency ventilation.
