Additional Details:
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience:
- 2 years critical care experience required.
- First-time travelers accepted; if first contract, PCU/ICU experience of ~2 yrs requested.
- Computerized documentation.
Special Requests:
- 10 RTO days max approved; RTO is not allowed during the following time period: June 28- July 9, 2026, September 2 – September 12, 2026, October 25 – November 4, 2026.
Unit Details:
- Adult patient population.
- Med surg PCU with mixed patient population including cardiac, minor trauma, respiratory, and mildly unstable hemodynamic patients. All rooms are negative pressure capable and have ceiling lifts.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Weekend requirement: yes, per unit needs.
- No call.
Floating Requirements:
- Floating to med surg floors and sister units within the region may be required based on facility needs; traveler will be notified if this occurs.
Details:
• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
