Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Should have strong general experience, including some post-op, sports injury, geriatrics. Must have outpatient experience.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Prefer inpatient experience.
Special Requests: OT needed to work multi-modality position (home health, outpatient, acute).
Shift & Scheduling: Shift is M-F days, preferably 8hrs but may consider 4X10.
Floating Requirements: Will work at area facilities (all within 60 mile radius, including home health visits).
