Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, and teaching facility.
References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
Required Skills/Experience:
1 year recent experience.
Special Requests:
Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
A full 6-month break is required after employment with any Good Samaritan Society or Marshfield Clinic Health System location.
Previous employment must be disclosed on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
If previously employed by Sanford Health, that employment must be disclosed in the submission and must have ended at least 6 months before submission.
Any time off needed during the initial assignment must be listed with dates in the submission comments.
Unit Details:
Patient ratios are typically 1:4-5 on days and 1:5-6 on nights.
Shift & Scheduling:
Straight nights.
Every other weekend and holiday.
Floating Requirements:
Willing to float to any MS or Tele unit requested by the facility that falls within their scope of practice.
