Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.
References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
Required Skills/Experience:
Ortho and rehab skills with 1+ years of experience are required.
Special Requests:
Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
Must note in the submission if you have ever worked for Sanford Health.
If previously employed by Sanford Health, the employment end date must be 6 months before the submission date.
Current/previous employee eligibility: A full 6-month break is required from any Good Samaritan Society or Marshfield Clinic Health System location as well.
Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
Unit Details:
The role includes physical therapy evaluation and treatment in outpatient, inpatient, and home-care settings and PTA supervision; LTC is excluded.
Equipment includes ultrasound, e-stim, and Tractium Ionto.
The outpatient department includes a wellness center.
Shift & Scheduling:
M-F schedule, with some weekends and holidays in rotation with staff.
Some flexibility is available in the shift schedule.
Floating Requirements:
May float to other locations within therapy.
