Travel Allied (Physical Therapist) - Physical Therapy

Required Credentials:

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Hospital experience.

Preferred Credentials:

• Masters or Doctor of Physical Therapy.

Unit Details:

• Part of the Acute Care Physical Therapy team.
• Evaluates patients and plans and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the professional practice of Physical Therapy.
• Assesses patients, develops treatment plans, delivers services, and documents services.
• Provides education and consultation.
• Supports discharge and transition planning.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Rotates weekends, equating to working 1 weekend a month.
