Travel Nurse (RN) - Critical Care Float Pool

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:

• Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• 1 year in a Level 1 ICU preferred; otherwise 2 years of preferred experience in a MICU setting.
• Candidates with only 1 year of experience as a new grad may be considered too new for this unit.

Required Credentials:

• ICU competency exam required.

Unit Details:

• Medical intensive care and neuro critical care patients.
• Ratios 1:2 or 1:1 if acuity requires 1:1.
• Cases include sepsis, ESRD and AKI requiring CRRT/CVVH, post-cardiac arrest care, and respiratory failure.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week.
• No call.

Floating Requirements:

• Will float to Medical HVCC, SICU, and IMC.
