Required Credentials:

• Earned degree from an accredited program in Physical Therapy.

Unit Details:

• Provides evaluation, consultation, and treatment of patients in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Supervises and instructs professional and supportive staff, volunteers, students, and Physical Therapist Assistants.
• Maintains progress reports, daily notes, and special reports related to patient care.
• Patient population includes pediatric, adolescent, geriatric, and general patients.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Mon-Fri with occasional weekend coverage for inpatient/swing bed evaluations.
• Extended hours may be required based on job necessity.
